Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Promolocker produces custom-imprinted promotional products made to your specifications. Because most orders are personalized, our return policy is limited. Please read it before ordering.

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Requests received after that window cannot be accepted.

Imprinted (Custom) Products

Customized products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable once your proof is approved and production has started. The only exceptions are:

• Defective products — a manufacturing flaw that impairs function or usability.
• Incorrect products — items that do not match your approved proof in design, color, or product type.

Please review your artwork carefully before approving a proof. We recommend ordering a sample before placing a large custom order.

Blank (Non-Imprinted) Products

Most blank items may be returned if:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.
• The request is submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

A 20% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Some blank items are not returnable; ask us before ordering if you are unsure.

How to Request a Return

1. Email sales@promolocker.com within 5 business days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
3. If approved, we will send return instructions. 

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive the returned item. Refunds for blank-product returns are net of the restocking fee. If a replacement is not available for a defective or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund.

If your refund has not arrived within a reasonable time after approval, contact us at sales@promolocker.com and we will trace it.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before proof approval and production. Once production begins, all sales are final.
