What is the minimum order quantity for custom products?

The minimum quantities vary by product. Most items have quantities and prices posted on the page, and the smallest quantity listed would be the minimum. In many cases exceptions can be made, so please email us at sales@promolocker.com to check.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production times vary by product, and shipping time varies by location. It is best to let us know the date you need to receive your order by and we can work with you to ensure delivery by that date. Please email sales@promolocker.com the quantity, item, your logo, shipping address, and date needed, and we can get back to you soon with options.

Can I see a sample of the product before ordering?

Yes! Please email sales@promolocker.com with the item you are interested in and your address. Please include the quantity you are looking for and your logo, and we can send you a quote and mockup.

How can I place an order on your website?

You can request a quote on the website and we would need you to provide the art for your logo. You can email this to sales@promolocker.com or upload the art at: https://www.promolocker.com/request-mockup.htm. We will respond with a quote and mockup, and once approved, we will send you a link to pay with a credit card.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I add my logo to any product on your website?

Yes!

How do I know if my design is suitable for printing on a product?

Ask us! Please email us at sales@promolocker.com with your logo and the item number you are interested in.

Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! Click on the chat button at the bottom right of the website or email us at sales@promolocker.com to get the best pricing.

What kind of art file do you need from me?

A vector format with text converted to outlines is preferred, but if that is not available, just send over the highest resolution file you have.
