 PromoLocker shares the “No Excuses” attitude of the military. We meticulously custom-build our USB drives to Military Grade specifications and are approved by DOD standards. Because we have built tens of thousands of drives for all branches of the military, PromoLocker is sensitive to security levels such as Unclassified, Secret, Secret Focal Point, and Top Secret. We can imprint any logo or information on the body of the drive, from base or troop information to a specific soldier’s name. PromoLocker also offers additional security features such as individual electronic serial numbers, a write-protect switch, custom classification colors, data encryption software, and activity LED display. We welcome government spending cards, purchase orders and government contracts and can process orders through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). |
 | Military-Grade Drive Features: - Electronic serial number Each drive is assigned an electronic serial number. These can be specified beforehand and can be customized to your needs. A copy of the serial number is also imprinted to a sticker that is attached to the outside of each package. Making it easy to track serial numbers when handing drives out.
- Data protection switch Each drive includes a write protect switch. This can preserve data preventing any accidental delete or overwrite commands.
- Color coded to military standards Each drive is color coded – green (unclassified), red (secret), and yellow (top secret). Other color classifications available.
- Each drive is imprinted with classification name and “Property of the U.S. Government”
- Lifetime imprint guarantee The imprint on each drive is clear coated with a glossy or rubberized finish – this means the text cannot never removed or scratched off.
- Optional data encryption software Available at no additional cost. Our encryption software can encrypt data to the AES 256bit standard.
- Sturdy Key Ring Military grade drives include a key ring that is built “through” the drive. This means there is no way for the USB drive to fall off. Other competitors use cheap flimsy keyrings that can be easily damaged or removed.
- Activity LED Each Military grade drives has an activity LED that tells you when the drive is in use or in standby mode.
- Lifetime Warranty Send back any failed USB drive and we will replace it with a brand new one no questions asked. We will also destroy any “defective” drive so any data that may exist on the chip is also destroyed.
