In House Laser Engraving – Products that are stocked in our local Atlanta warehouse can be custom laser engraved and shipped within 24 hours.
Express Customization – Products that are built to order and ship direct from our factory in China or Hong Kong office. All Express Custom Direct orders ship via FedEx International Priority and once shipped take 24-48 hours for delivery.
Standard Delivery – Products are built to order then transferred daily to our Atlanta warehouse. Standard Delivery orders are ready to ship within 7 business days.
Delivery times are determined by the shipping method from our local warehouse or from our international offices. Our carriers are UPS or Federal Express. Expedited shipping charges may apply. (Once product is in transit, PromoLocker is not responsible for any shipping delays out of our control, this includes bad weather, mechanical problems, or customs delays)
